Retreats

Somewhere slower.

Small, intentional gatherings — four days, twelve souls, and enough space to remember who you were before the world got loud.
Retreats
The invitation

A pause long enough to change something.

Each retreat is designed as a single, continuous piece of work — an unhurried architecture of walks, rituals, meals, and quiet company. There is no wellness performance. There are no scheduled seven-a.m. yoga classes. There is only the slow, deliberate reweaving of what modern life so often unravels.
We gather in beautifully considered homes across Europe — always in nature, always intimate, always chosen for the quality of light and the depth of quiet. Twelve guests, no more. Every retreat is co-held with a small circle of trusted practitioners.
The rhythm

Four days, held gently.

Day One

Arrival & the softening

A slow welcome. Tea by the fire. A quiet opening circle where nothing is required except your breath.

Day Two

Body & breath

Morning walks in nature, energy work, and long, restorative afternoons. Simple meals. Silence when it serves.

Day Three

The mirror

A private psychological tarot reading. An afternoon of writing, resting, or wandering — held, never scheduled.

Day Four

Integration

A closing ritual, a shared meal, and a gentle re-entry into your life carrying what you have quietly gathered.
Impressions
