ABOUT

About us

A quiet practice, a long listening.

For more than a decade I sat in the counselling room, listening. What I offer now is a natural extension of that work — softer, wider, and rooted more deeply in the body.
My story

From the counselling room to the wider practice.

I trained originally as a psychological counsellor, and for many years my work took shape entirely within the language of talk therapy. I sat with grief, with trauma, with the quieter kinds of unhappiness that people rarely name. I loved the work, and I still believe deeply in it.

But over time, something began to shift. Clients would arrive with insight they could articulate perfectly — and still could not feel free. I began to sense that the missing piece was not more understanding, but a different kind of contact: with the body, with the archetypal imagination, with the field that moves quietly around us all.

Liberty Wellness is the practice that grew from that listening. It weaves together everything I have loved about counselling, everything I have learned about the body’s intelligence, and the older traditions of ritual, symbol, and slow gathering. Everything I offer is grounded in ethics, in evidence where evidence exists, and in a deep respect for the unhurried pace of real change.

Mission

To slow the world down, one soul at a time.

A practice devoted to helping people return to the truer, quieter self beneath the roles, the striving, and the noise.

Values

Depth, dignity, and the long view.

Ethical, unhurried, and radically honest work — held in confidence, met with warmth, and never rushed toward outcome.

Approach

The body first. The mind, alongside.

Every session weaves clinical listening with somatic awareness, archetypal reflection, and the intelligence of energy.
A guiding thought

Say hello.

The first conversation is always the softest. Whenever you are ready, I would be glad to hear from you.
